RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage product development teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and implement product development plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor product development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product development status.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact product development success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work workplace within the product development team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

- Required: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred: Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

- Required: Minimum of 12 years of experience in product development or a related field and 5+ in leading teams.
- Preferred: Experience in managing product development teams and leading product development projects.
- Experience on leading front end technology teams including ReactJs is preferred.
