About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Product Development, Product Management, Design, or R&D.; Candidates with a robust reference and a keen interest in developing innovative consumer products are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end product development, from ideation and concept creation to product launch and post-launch improvements.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.

Collaborate with design, R&D;, and cross-functional teams to develop safe, innovative, and user-friendly products.

Collect and analyse customer feedback to recommend product enhancements.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and production teams for successful product launches.

Assist in developing product positioning, educational materials, and user guides.

Requirements





Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, Management, Design, or a related field.

Fresher with strong internship experience in Product Development, Product Management, R&D;, Design, or a similar role.

Excellent analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a strong professional reference will be preferred.
