Position: Product Design Lead (B2C)

Overall/Total Experience: 7-9 years only

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 5 Days Working from office

Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)

Note: Final Round will be face to face in Gurugram office

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define and evangelize the long-term UI/UX roadmap for the company, ensuring design serves as a competitive advantage in the market.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and creative rigor.
- Oversee the creation and evolution of scalable, elegant design systems and UI patterns that ensure brand parity across all platforms.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders, Product, and Engineering leaders to align design initiatives with overarching business goals and technical feasibility.
- Clearly articulate complex design challenges to non-design stakeholders, influencing product direction through user-centric logic and data-driven insights.
- Implement and refine design workflows, from rapid prototyping to final hand-off, ensuring the team delivers high-quality outcomes at scale.
- Conduct regular design reviews and critiques to maintain a high bar of execution across all visual and motion design projects.





Candidate Requirements:

- Must have 7 years of total skilled experience, of which at least 5 years should be in UI/UX Design roles.
- Must have hands-on experience across the full product design lifecycle for both web and mobile applications.
- Must have 1 year of experience in team leading with managing and overseeing design for high-impact consumer products.
- Must have exceptional UI skills combined with deep mastery of UX, with demonstrated ability to deliver world-class visual and interaction design across web and mobile platforms.
- Must have proven expertise in building and evolving scalable design systems and UI patterns that ensure brand parity and consistency across platforms.
- Must have proficiency in industry-standard tools - Figma, Principle, and Adobe Suite.
- Must have a comprehensive portfolio showcasing elite visual design, design system work, and evidence of leading teams and solving large-scale product problems for consumer products.
- Must hold a formal degree in Design (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent) from a premier global institution / Tier-1 design college.
- Must be from B2C product companies only.
