Join the product design function alongside our team to shape the user experience of WeLaunch's AI agent platform. You'll own end-to-end design for all product areas - from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and design system contributions. Key Responsibilities
→ Lead UX/UI design for assigned product modules - field service workflows, dashboards, agent interfaces
→ Collaborate with design and the product/engineering team in a parallel design structure
→ Conduct user research and usability testing; translate findings into actionable design improvements
→ Build and maintain a consistent component library and design system in Figma
→ Create wireframes, prototypes, and final specs for engineering handoff
→ Work closely with the CPO and engineering leads to ship features on time
→ Iterate rapidly based on client feedback from enterprise accounts Requirements
→ 3–5 years of product design experience; B2B SaaS or enterprise tools preferred
→ Expert-level Figma skills - components, variants, prototyping, and dev handoff
→ Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, not just visual polish
→ Experience working in agile teams with engineers and PMs
→ Bonus: familiarity with AI/agent interfaces or field service/operations tools Ideal Candidate
