Role Description: Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding high voltage testing equipment and solutions.

Assist in diagnosing technical issues and offering effective solutions during pre- and post-sales stages.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers, both onsite and remotely, to ensure a clear understanding of the equipment's features and benefits.

Prepare user manuals, training material, and how-to guides as per IEC, IEEE & CIGRE standard.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate high voltage testing solutions tailored to their specific needs

Work with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met with customized or standard solutions





Manage the installation and commissioning of high voltage testing equipment at customer sites, ensuring systems are correctly set up and operational.

Coordinate with the OEM service team for troubleshooting and maintenance when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and updates regarding product developments or upgrades.

Collect feedback from clients and work with the product team to address any potential improvements.

Prepare technical reports, case studies, and other relevant documentation post-installation to assist with knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.

Maintain records of all technical support activities and customers.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts by providing technical input and assisting in client meetings.

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote high voltage testing solutions.

Collaborate with the R&D; team to test new products and provide insights into market trends and customer need.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in high voltage testing technologies to ensure customers receive the most relevant solutions.

Perform field tests, data analysis, and troubleshooting for high voltage equipment at customer locations.

Ensure that testing complies with industry standards and safety protocols.

Willingness to travel to client locations for technical support, training, installation, and commissioning of equipment.

Qualification: ✍ BE / B-tech in Electrical
