About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who has hands-on experience building products from the ground up, ideally within an AI/ML product workplace. You'll work closely with founders, engineering, and design teams to shape the product journey — from ideation to launch and iteration — while collaborating with clients across geographies in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with product and engineering teams to build products from scratch — from discovery and requirement gathering through to launch
- Define and document the end-to-end product journey, user flows, and feature specifications
- Translate business and client requirements into clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Conduct market, competitor,



and user research to inform product decisions
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to understand model capabilities and translate them into product features
- Analyze product usage data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain thorough documentation across the product lifecycle — specs, roadmaps, release notes, and process artifacts
- Collaborate directly with clients across different geographies/time zones to gather feedback and align on priorities
- Support prioritization and roadmap planning in a fast-paced, evolving product environment

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Proven experience building at least one product from scratch (0 to 1 experience)
- Prior experience working on AI-based or AI-powered products is a strong plus
- Strong documentation skills — comfortable owning PRDs, user journeys, and specs independently
- Experience working directly with international clients/stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data/insights into product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Good to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, or similar product/design tools
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and terminology
- Experience with wireframing or prototyping

Location & Work Mode Based out of Delhi NCR, with remote working flexibility. Occasional in-person collaboration may be required.
