Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation using tools like ReadMe and Oxygen XML Editor
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to explain technical concepts clearly
- Manage documentation updates using version control tools such as Git via Sourcetree
- Follow and contribute to style guides for consistent tone, structure, and accessibility
- Participate in planning, peer reviews, and content delivery across PDF, developer portals, and Help systems
- Organize and maintain documentation libraries and taxonomies
- Continuously improve content based on user feedback and evolving product needs
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical writing or related fields
- Solid writing, editing, and communication skills for technical audiences
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, and technical systems
- Proficiency with documentation tools: ReadMe, Oxygen XML Editor, Git, HTML/XML, DITA
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
