We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports daily procurement, logistics, documentation, and vendor coordination activities to ensure smooth end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate communicates clearly in excellent English (written & verbal) and is comfortable working with global teams across different time zones.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support across purchasing, logistics, and inventory functions.

Key responsibilities include

Processing purchase orders, retrieving order confirmations, and verifying receipts for accuracy.

Collecting, reviewing, and organizing commercial documents, COAs, certifications, pre‑ship files, and quality documentation.

Managing Vendor Master and Material Master entries, and supporting vendor returns and logistics claims.

Tracking shipments, deliveries, and order status; coordinating with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues or delays.

Assisting procurement with sourcing, price comparisons, vendor communication, and follow‑up.





Maintaining accurate supply chain records and preparing basic reports related to order status, supplier performance, and inventory tracking.

Providing general administrative and documentation support to the supply chain and procurement teams.

Performing additional duties as needed to support the department. What We’re Looking For

Strong written and spoken English — must be able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based teams.

Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Valuable analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Experience with ERP/distribution systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Previous administrative or operational experience in supply chain or purchasing preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to ensure daily overlap with U.S. hours.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience in a purchasing, logistics, or supply chain support role is highly desirable.
