Role Description The Procurement Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities that support AirBrick’s design and AI-enabled projects. This role includes preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams to understand material, furniture, technology, and service requirements.

The Procurement

Specialist will handle contract negotiation, monitor supplier performance, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely delivery, cost effectiveness,



and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing market trends, comparing quotes, managing inventory levels for key items, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also requires close collaboration with designers, project managers, and finance teams to align procurement decisions with budget, timelines, and project specifications.

Qualifications

Strong procurement and purchasing capabilities, including experience managing Procurement processes and Purchase Orders.

Demonstrated ability in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing reliability, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with experience securing favorable terms and managing supplier agreements.

Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare supplier offers, track costs, and support data-driven decisions.

Relevant experience in procurement for interiors, construction, furniture, fixtures, or technology solutions is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with ERP or procurement software, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
