Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing of raw materials and packaging components. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the beauty and personal care industry, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Source and procure raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging materials for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.

✔Identify and negotiate with suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

✔Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product innovations to optimize procurement strategies.

✔Ensure procurement activities comply with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.

✔Collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality assurance teams to align purchasing with manufacturing needs.

✔Maintain and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.

✔Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and performance assessments.

✔Analyze procurement data and cost-saving opportunities, generating reports for management.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

✔Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

✔Experience: Minimum 3-6 years in procurement within the cosmetics, skincare, oral care,



or pharmaceutical industries.

✔Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and formulations used in beauty product manufacturing.

✔Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and contract management.

✔Proficiency in ERP software and procurement management tools.

✔Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.).

✔Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and cost-optimization skills.

✔Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔Experience in global sourcing and supply chain management.

✔Knowledge of sustainable and innovative beauty product materials.

✔Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CIPS, etc.) is a plus.
