The goal is to obtain quality products at the best possible prices while ensuring timely delivery.

Effective procurement operations help control costs, maintain supply chain efficiency, and support overall business objectives. They are essential for the smooth functioning of any organization. Analyze and design the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.

Plan implementation based on detailed understanding of technologies involved and best practice process output measures. Provide the setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content,



user authorization data and procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions, and to help maximize compliance. What are we looking for?

Role Overview The Procurement Operations Associate will support day-to-day procurement activities including purchase requisition validation, purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and order tracking. The role ensures smooth procurement operations, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities Purchase Order Management Validate purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance. Create and maintain purchase orders in ERP systems. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procurement policies.

Vendor Communication

Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance and delivery schedules. Resolve discrepancies and manage past-due cases. Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure smooth transactions.

Order

Tracking & Delivery Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. Track shipments and coordinate with suppliers to address delays. Work with receiving departments to confirm receipt and resolve discrepancies.

Process Improvement

Support efficiency initiatives in procurement workflows. Ensure SLA and KPI targets are consistently met. Contribute to continual improvement in procurement operations.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work
