Job Summary Valenso Spaces is seeking a Procurement Executive with experience in sourcing, vendor management, material purchase, and cost negotiation specifically for corporate and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities • Source and procure materials for corporate and commercial interior fit-out projects.

- Procure modular furniture, plywood, hardware, glass, aluminium partitions, flooring, lighting fixtures and more.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency.
- Review BOQs and ensure procurement aligns with budgets.
- Maintain purchase orders, GRNs,



quotation logs and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, designers and warehouse staff.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely supply to sites.
- Resolve quality and delivery issues with vendors.
- Support project execution teams with procurement updates.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise Procurement & Vendor Skills:

- Strong vendor network in Bangalore.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Material Knowledge

- Commercial-grade furniture, hardware, electrical, MEP and partition systems.
- Ceiling, flooring, acoustic and finishing materials.

Documentation & Software:

- Excel (mandatory) • MS Office • Basic ERP knowledge Preferred Soft Skills:
- Robust coordination • Attention to detail • Time management • Problem-solving attitude Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or Interior/Civil-related field.
