As a Procurement Director, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support across various industries, focusing on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills in corporate law to navigate complex legal frameworks and minimize risks for internal stakeholders and clients.

Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful outcomes for the firm

Organizing and managing legal documents to support corporate transactions

Analyzing legal issues and providing comprehensive advice to clients and stakeholders What You Must Have At least a LLB or LLM

At least 9 years of experience
