Job Title: PROCESS TRAINER

Location: Bhopal

Budget : 28K Max Key Responsibilities : -

Conduct induction, process, refresher, and soft skills training.

Assess learning requirements and customize training programs accordingly.

Plan and execute monthly training calendars, assessments, and refresher sessions.

Conduct knowledge tests, call monitoring, and provide performance feedback.

Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training gaps and implement improvement plans.

Coach and mentor underperforming employees through targeted training interventions.

Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and MIS.

Deliver training assignments within defined timelines and support business requirements.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives through effective learning solutions.
