Role Description The Process Manager for Canada opportunities will oversee end-to-end immigration case handling, ensuring that client applications are processed accurately and on time. This full time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves coordinating documentation, reviewing eligibility, and monitoring application progress across multiple Canadian immigration programs.

The Process

Manager will interact with clients to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and resolve issues,



while collaborating with consultants and operations teams to streamline workflows. The role also includes maintaining compliance with current Canadian immigration regulations, optimizing internal processes, and preparing regular reports on case volumes, timelines, and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, visa categories, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in process management, operations coordination, or case handling within immigration, legal, or related service industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, counseling, and expectation management.
