From medical imaging to cargo screening and border security, our components are used by X-ray imaging system manufacturers around the globe to detect, diagnose, and protect. We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve yield and quality, and support production through data-driven process improvements.
Your role Collaborate with Production to analyze and improve process parameters for yield, cycle time, quality and continuous improvements.
Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Gage R&R; ,measurement system analysis and Test method validation.
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues.
Support Production by establishing best practices and safety protocols.
Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Defines acceptance criteria as per the engineering specifications/drawings to setup process and WI to ensure parts meets specifications.
Work with suppliers on fixtures and Tooling's requirements to support production
