We are hiring US Healthcare AR Callers to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up with US insurance companies. The role involves calling insurance providers to check claim status, follow up on pending claims, document denial reasons, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding AR claims.

- Analyze claim status and document denial reasons accurately.

- Update claim status, notes, and actions in internal systems.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client and organizational policies.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in US Healthcare AR, insurance follow-up, or medical billing.

- Strong experience in customer issue handling, escalations, and case management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, email systems, web-based tools, and data entry.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Willing to work in a 24x7 rotational/night shift.

- Comfortable working from the office.
