Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Capital firms, Private Equity funds, Institutional Investors and Investment Bankers.
- Support end-to-end fundraising and private placement activities.
- Source and qualify recent investors and maintain an active investor pipeline.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and presentations.
- Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers and fundraising materials.
- Drive B2B enterprise outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate due diligence, documentation and transaction execution.
- Maintain CRM, investor MIS and periodic reporting.
- Work closely with leadership on capital raising initiatives.




- Represent the company at networking and investment events.

Experience

5–10 years in Investor Relations, Private Placement, Fundraising, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Business Development, Venture Capital, Private Equity or related domains.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications: MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent.
