Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our school. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive learning workplace while ensuring compliance with CBSE norms.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and administrative leadership.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and policies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Drive student achievement and holistic development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
- Oversee admissions, school operations, and statutory compliance.
- Plan and execute school development initiatives.
- Promote a culture of innovation, discipline,



and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE regulations and educational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and school management systems is preferred.
