About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary President – Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our residential real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in leading large-scale residential projects with reputed developer houses, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define the overall project execution strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans.

- Drive feasibility studies, master planning, design approvals, and budgeting for residential projects.

- Collaborate with the leadership team on land acquisition, regulatory approvals, and project positioning.

- Project Execution & Delivery

- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle—from concept to completion.

- Ensure strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Manage all internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) and external partners (consultants, contractors, architects).

- Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

- Liaise with government authorities, statutory bodies, and consultants to secure necessary approvals.

- Build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.





- Operational Excellence & Risk Management

- Implement robust project monitoring systems, cost control measures, and quality audits.

- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

- Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Key Requirements

- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/M.tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within reputed developer houses.

- Mandatory experience in large-scale residential projects (townships, high-rise apartments, premium housing).

- Technical & Managerial Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of residential project planning, design, and execution.

- Robust understanding of regulatory compliances, environmental norms, and building codes.

- Proven track record in managing multi-crore budgets and delivering complex projects on time.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
