Role Description The President – Leasing will lead the leasing vertical, driving strategy, business development, and operational excellence for leasing projects and portfolios for one of our leading real estate client of Charuksha global. This full-time, in office role based in Delhi involves developing and executing leasing strategies, managing key client and partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective portfolio management. The role includes overseeing lease negotiations, structuring agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, and coordinating with legal, finance, and operations teams.

The President – Leasing will monitor market trends, evaluate new opportunities, optimize occupancy and asset utilization, and provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.



The position also requires building and mentoring a high-performing leasing team and aligning leasing activities with the broader business objectives of Charuksha Global.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience in leasing, real estate, asset management, or a closely related field, with a strong track record of managing large portfolios and strategic initiatives.

Strong skills in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship building with clients, property owners, investors, and internal teams.

Ability to analyze market data, financial models, and performance metrics to inform leasing strategy, pricing, and portfolio optimization.

Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.

Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the organization externally.

Proven capability in team management, mentoring, and developing leasing and business development professionals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

Familiarity with technology-driven solutions, industry data management, and structured processes such as SOPs to support scalable leasing operations.

High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
