Presentation Designer
Company: RoughCut Labs (Part of FundVice Group)
Location: In-office - Sector 135, Noida
Type: Full time
Experience: 25 years
About the role
We're looking for a Presentation Designer who can turn dense, complicated ideas into decks people actually want to look at. At Roughcut Labs, presentations aren't an afterthought — they're often the product. You'll design across the full range of what a deck can be: investor and pitch decks that need to close a room, sales decks that need to convert, brand and marketing stories that need to land, and keynote and event decks that need to hold a stage.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end presentations across investor, sales, brand, and keynote formats — from wireframe to polished final
- Take messy inputs (a Word doc, a voice note, a half-formed idea) and shape them into a clear visual narrative
- Build and extend slide systems, templates, and component libraries that stay consistent across long decks
- Turn data into charts, diagrams, and infographics that are accurate first and beautiful second
- Work within and elevate client brand guidelines, and help build them when they don't yet exist
- Manage multiple decks in parallel against real deadlines without dropping quality
- Take feedback well and iterate fast — from senior designers, clients, and the person presenting
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years designing presentations, ideally in an agency, studio, or fast-moving in-house team
- A portfolio of decks — not just individual slides — that shows range across use cases and a real command of layout, hierarchy, and type
- Expert in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, and fluent in a design tool (Figma strongly preferred; also Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects a plus)
- A strong sense of visual storytelling: you know how a deck should build, where to slow down, and where to land the point
- Comfort with data visualization — you can make a chart clear and on-brand, not just default
- Sharp attention to detail: alignment, spacing, consistency, and typography are things you actually notice
Nice to have
- Motion and animation skills for building decks that move (transitions, builds, light After Effects)
- Experience with pitch and fundraising decks specifically, and an understanding of what investors respond to
- Basic copy sense — you can tighten a headline, not just style one
- Familiarity with brand and identity work beyond slides
Why Roughcut Labs
You'll design work that ships to real audiences and real outcomes — rooms won, rounds raised, brands launched. You'll get variety most designers wait years for, direct exposure to clients and senior craft, and a team that treats presentation design as a discipline worth doing well.
Send your portfolio (decks front and center) along with a short note on a presentation you're proud of and why, include this in your resume as a link or email us at
