Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities appropriate for preschool children. Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori classroom with age-appropriate learning materials. Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.

Encourage independence, self-confidence,



creativity, and problem-solving skills. Observe, assess, and maintain records of each child's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and development.

Conduct storytelling, phonics, rhymes, art & craft, music, practical life, and sensorial activities. Ensure the health, safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children. Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques.

Participate in school events, parent meetings, celebrations, and training programs. Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to create a positive learning environment.
