Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales role based in Thane. The Presales professional will engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes and requirements, demonstrate Tally-based solutions, and support the sales team in designing tailored proposals. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, preparing solution documents, responding to technical and functional queries, and collaborating with consulting and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility.

The role also involves maintaining accurate presales documentation, following up with leads,



and contributing to product and process improvements based on client feedback.

Qualifications Strong Presales and Consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical Tally solutions.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and managing expectations.

Robust Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate configurations or integrations.

Familiarity with Tally software, ERP or accounting systems, and basic business process understanding (finance, inventory, operations).

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and implementation teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with creating presentations, proposals, and solution documentation.

Prior experience in presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles in software or technology services is an advantage.
