- Generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, references, and inbound/outbound calling.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Share project details and investment opportunities with prospective clients.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for project updates.
- Maintain and update lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to sales handover. Prepare daily and weekly reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
