About the Rol e:As an IT Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and client needs. You’ll: ✨ Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions ✨ Present these solutions clearly and impactfully ✨ Most importantly — you’ll be giving demos to clients , helping them experience the real value of our product s.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilit ies Engage with clients to understand business challenges & requiremen ts. Conduct engaging demos to showcase how our solutions solve client proble ms. Partner with sales to design customized solutio ns.

Craft impactful presentations & proposa ls. Support sales with technical insights, PoC coordination, and traini ng.



Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clarity and precisi on. Gather client feedback and share it with the product te am.

Stay updated on industry trends & competito rs. Assist clients during onboarding & integrati on. Identify use cases to highlight solution benefi ts.

? Knowledge & Skill-set Requ ired Education: B.E. in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fi eld. Experience: 5-6 years in IT Pre-Sales or similar client-facing ro les.⚙️ Tech Skills: Strong understanding of IT products, CPaaS solutions, and integrati ons. Presentation Skills: Great communicator with strong demo & PPT ski lls.? Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker who can craft tailored soluti ons.? Collaboration: Team player with cross-functional working abilit ies.
