Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team by understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable Mettler Toledo solutions, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams to improve sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products.

Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions.

Coordinate with sales, service, and principal for technical support.

Support tenders, product selection, and documentation.

Maintain CRM updates and submit required reports.

Job Specification (JS)

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in industrial pre-sales or technical sales support (weighing/instrumentation preferred).

Valuable technical knowledge, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM.

Customer-focused with problem-solving ability and willingness to travel.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per year
