- Proposal &
- Bid Management

Own the end-to-end preparation of client proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, commercial documents, and enterprise bid submissions, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

- Sales Content Development

Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, solution briefs, capability decks, product documentation, and executive summaries.

- Customer-Focused Storytelling

Translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling business value propositions tailored to different industries, customer personas, and enterprise use cases.

- Knowledge Repository Management

Build and maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates, reusable content, case studies, FAQs, customer success stories, and standard responses to improve proposal turnaround time.

- Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, Compliance, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams to gather information and ensure all documentation remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.

- Content Quality &
- Governance

Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, formatting, and version control across all external sales and proposal documents.

- AI-enabled Content Creation

Leverage AI tools to improve proposal quality, accelerate content creation, summarize customer requirements, generate first drafts,



and enhance productivity while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proposal &
- Business Writing Experience

36 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, presales support, business writing, technical content, or enterprise documentation.

- Excellent Communication Skills

Exceptional written English with strong editing, proofreading, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.

- Enterprise Proposal Experience

Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses, enterprise proposals, capability decks, executive presentations, and customer-facing documentation.

- Structured Thinking

Ability to understand business requirements, organize information logically, and develop concise, persuasive content.

- AI &
- Productivity Tools

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms for content creation and productivity.

- Stakeholder Management

Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously.

- Attention to Detail

Solid focus on accuracy, formatting, quality control, and document consistency.

- Education

Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution preferred. MBA or equivalent will be an advantage.

- Bonus

Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Enterprise SaaS, Payments, Escrow, Banking, Cybersecurity, or Technology consulting will be an added advantage.
