About the Role We are looking for experienced Pre-Sales Executives with 2-3 years of experience in the home interior industry. The ideal candidate should have strong client handling skills, hands-on experience with CRM software, and the ability to coordinate with prospects from the initial inquiry until the design consultation.

Responsibilities • Handle inbound leads and qualify potential customers

- Understand client requirements and schedule design consultations
- Manage and update leads in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth lead handover




- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in Microsoft Excel
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversions
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Client Coordination within the Home Interior industry

- Hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Good understanding of home interior services and customer requirements
- Robust communication and client handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
