About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager with strong expertise in the flexible packaging industry. The candidate should have end-to-end knowledge of production planning across Blown Film (BFL), CI Flexo Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Inspection, and Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Plan and monitor production from Sales Order to Dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Optimize machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Plan raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Ensure on-time customer deliveries and minimize production delays.
- Monitor production progress and resolve planning bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily production MIS and management reports.
- Reduce wastage, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills




- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in flexible packaging manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Blown Film (BFL)
- CI Flexo Printing
- Lamination
- Slitting
- Quality Inspection
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Dashboards, MIS Reports).
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from versatile packaging companies involved in printed laminates, blown film, CI Flexo printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch manufacturing will be preferred.
