Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Power BI Developer at Office Solution AI Labs. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making, using Power BI and related data visualization tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, building data models, connecting to various data sources, and implementing efficient ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and performance.

The role also involves optimizing existing dashboards,



troubleshooting data issues, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, analysts, and business leaders. The Power BI Developer is expected to stay current with BI best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of data analytics solutions.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in data modeling and data warehousing to design scalable, efficient data structures.

Candidates should possess skills in developing dashboards and visual reports that effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Candidates should possess experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to integrate, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources.

Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, custom visuals) and familiarity with other BI tools is highly beneficial.

Experience working with SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is an advantage.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams are required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
