About the Role

We are seeking a Power Automate Flow Designer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on workflow automation, Microsoft Power Platform, business process automation, enterprise integrations, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-generated technical content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Power Automate flows, automation architectures, process documentation, integration designs, approval workflows, and enterprise automation recommendations. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for intelligent workflow automation and digital transformation.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, business process automation, low-code development, or enterprise application integration. Responsibilities

Review AI-generated Power Automate flows, automation designs, approval processes, connector configurations, implementation guides, and technical documentation.

Evaluate enterprise automation involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure services, and third-party applications.

Verify AI-generated recommendations for workflow optimization, connector usage, exception handling,



approvals, notifications, scheduling, and process automation.

Assess AI-generated automation solutions for reliability, maintainability, security, governance, and enterprise readiness.

Identify automation gaps, connector limitations, workflow failures, performance bottlenecks, security issues, and implementation risks.

Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in workflow automation, low-code development, and enterprise automation.

Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, workflow automation, RPA, low-code development, or business process automation.

Designing Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.

Automating business processes across Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.

Building approval workflows and notification systems.

Integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.

Reviewing AI-generated automation documentation and workflow recommendations.

Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems is preferred.

Knowledge of governance, security, licensing, connector management,



environment management, and solution deployment within the Power Platform.

Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and written English communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise automation solutions.

Ability to work independently in a remote, rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise organizations, Microsoft partners, consulting firms, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), shared services organizations, or digital transformation teams.

Experience implementing workflow automation for finance, HR, procurement, IT service management, sales, customer service, or operations.

Experience evaluating AI-generated Power Automate flows, automation documentation, connector configurations, solution architectures, or business process recommendations.

Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), intelligent document processing (IDP), or AI-assisted workflow automation is highly desirable.
