Reporting & Data Analyst 3PL Warehousing & Logistics

Reporting to: Dubai Office

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Data Analyst with solid Power BI expertise and a good understanding of 3PL, warehousing, distribution and logistics operations. The role involves creating customer-specific dashboards, analyzing operational KPIs, supporting monthly billing and providing actionable reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
- Create customized dashboards for multiple 3PL customers based on their requirements and agreed KPIs.
- Provide customers with controlled access to their dashboards while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and management reports.
- Analyze warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound volumes, productivity, order fulfilment, storage utilization, turnaround time, damages and OTIF.
- Conduct monthly customer billing analysis using operational activity and agreed rate cards.
- Compare invoices month-on-month and explain increases, decreases and billing variations.




- Identify billing discrepancies, missed revenue and incorrect charges.
- Analyze customer-wise revenue, profitability and operational costs, including manpower, storage, handling and transportation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Billing and Customer Service teams to validate data.
- Present clear performance, billing and cost analysis reports to management in Dubai.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience as a Reporting Analyst, Power BI Analyst, Data Analyst or MIS Analyst.
- Experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution or logistics is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query and Advanced Excel.
- Good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, KPIs, SLAs and customer billing.
- Knowledge of SQL, WMS, TMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Mumbai and able to work from the Andheri office.
