Power Platform Operations & Administration Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Power Platform Operations & Administration Engineer to support and manage Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Power BI. The role involves platform administration, governance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and 24x7 operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Power Platform environments and services.
- Handle workplace provisioning, backups, restores, and capacity monitoring.
- Implement governance, security roles, DLP policies, and access controls.
- Monitor platform health, performance, licensing, and usage.
- Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow within SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, authentication, and platform issues.
- Support ALM, solution deployments, and CI/CD processes.
- Create operational reports and dashboards using Power BI.




- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with business, security, and engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Experience in Power Platform administration and governance.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
- Understanding of security, licensing, capacity management, and DLP policies.
- Experience with PowerShell and Power Platform CLI.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 support shifts.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) or related
- ITIL
