Job Title: Post Sales Accounts Executive

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Experience: 4–5 Years (Real Estate Developer Experience Mandatory) Key Responsibilities:

· Manage customer accounts from booking to possession.

· Prepare demand letters, receipts, customer ledgers, and payment schedules.

· Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Coordinate with banks for home loan disbursements.

· Handle possession-related financial documentation and account settlements.

· Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

· Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, and Accounts teams.

· Prepare collection MIS reports and ensure RERA compliance. Requirements:

· 4–5 years of post-sales accounts experience with a Mumbai-based real estate developer.

· Strong knowledge of customer accounting, collections, and home loan processes.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· Valuable understanding of RERA, GST, and real estate documentation.

· Candidates currently residing in Mumbai only.
