Job Overview

We are looking for a Pouch Packing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pouch packing machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔Operate and monitor pouch packing machines to ensure smooth production.

✔Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines according to product specifications.

✔Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.

✔Inspect filled pouches for proper sealing, weight accuracy, and quality compliance.

✔Troubleshoot issues and report any mechanical problems to the maintenance team.

✔Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company SOPs.

✔Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

✔Record production data and report deviations to the supervisor.

✔Collaborate with the quality control team to meet product standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Hard Skills

✔Experience in operating pouch packing machines (preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries).

✔Knowledge of machine calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

✔Understanding of GMP, HACCP,



and other quality control standards.

✔Ability to read and interpret technical documents and SOPs.

Soft Skills

✔Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

✔Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

✔Strong teamwork and communication skills.

✔Time management and ability to meet production targets.

Education & Certifications

✔Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.

✔Certification in machine operations or manufacturing processes is a plus.

Experience

✔1-3 years of experience in pouch packing or related machinery in a manufacturing setting.

✔Experience in the cosmetic, skincare, or oral care industry is an advantage.
