Senior SAP CPI/SCPI Integration Consultant Role We are seeking a Senior Integration Consultant to lead complex integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) and Boomi, with a focus on scalable, secure, and highperformance architectures. Key Responsibilities

- Lead endtoend design and delivery of integration solutions (Boomi, SCPI, APIs, middleware) across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems.
- Act as technical authority on integration architecture and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Drive client workshops to define integration strategies and architectures.
- Own estimations, solution design, and delivery planning
- Manage complex integrations across SAP, SuccessFactors, and thirdparty systems.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations.




- Oversee deployments in Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Lead troubleshooting of critical incidents and escalations.
- Mentor junior consultants and support developers.
- Govern documentation standards and ensure highquality deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Engage senior stakeholders for strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (AMS, Project, Functional, Security)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong Expertise with Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll Integration experience.
- 5+ years of experience in integration technologies.
- Robust expertise in Boomi and/or SAP CPI/SCPI.
- Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON, middleware patterns.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and web technologies.
- Proven ability to lead integration workstreams or projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (B2/C1+).
- Certifications in Boomi or SAP Integration Suite preferred.
- Experience with data migration, transformation, and security concepts (OAuth, SFTP, encryption).
- Experience in global delivery models
