NRole overview:

NWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive PMO knowledge to lead and manage multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.

NResponsibilities:

- Lead the planningand implementation of project initiatives, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and methodologies.
N
- Develop project scopes,objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
N
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
N
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
N
- Manage project budgets,resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
N
- Conduct project reviewsand post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
N
- Mentor and guide juniorproject managers and team members in PMO best practices.
N




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to project management.

- Solid knowledge and experience in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and methodologies.

- Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

nPreferred Skills:

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)

- Experience with projectmanagement software and tools.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

nQualifications:

- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experiencein project management, with a focus on PMO.
N
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
