Job Title: PMO Coordinator Experience: 5 7 Years Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Work Location: Kolkata Role Summary Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to support PMO governance, project tracking, process automation, reporting, resource management, and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with experience driving automation and business process improvements using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities Support PMO governance, project tracking, reporting, and operational activities.

Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and governance repositories.

Design and enhance business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Automate workflows, approval processes, notifications, and reporting activities.

Prepare project health reports, resource utilization reports, forecasting reports, and executive dashboards.

Coordinate with project managers, delivery teams, HR, operations teams, and leadership stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance artifacts.

Monitor and improve data quality across project and resource management repositories.

Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Organize meetings, record minutes, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Support workforce intelligence and reporting initiatives.

Contribute to PMO transformation and operational excellence programs.

Required Skills 5 7 years of experience in PMO Coordination, Project Governance, Reporting, Business Operations, or related functions.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience with Power Apps,



Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms.

Experience building workflow automation, approval processes, and business applications.

Strong SharePoint Online administration and development experience.

Experience with SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Document Management, and Governance.

Experience with SharePoint permissions, access management, and site administration.

Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Platform solutions.

Experience creating dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical reporting solutions.

Strong knowledge of resource planning, forecasting, project tracking, and governance.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, and Data Analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills Experience with Dataverse.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Exposure to Claude AI and AI-powered productivity tools.

Experience with Azure SQL.
