Roles and Responsibilities :

- Serve as a member of the CMD/DMD staff, providing support and analysis.
- Understand requirements for analysis and presentations needed by the CMD/DMD.
- Deliver PowerPoint presentations and provide meaningful insights using Excel.
- Gather information from various organizational sources.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a valuable command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and management.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage quick project turnarounds,



and handle ambiguity.
- Comfortable navigating the organization and interacting with senior leadership.
- An MBA is preferred; candidates with a background in consulting or manufacturing/Auto OEM industries are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
