Role & responsibilities

- Design plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial and residential buildings.

- Independently manage plumbing and fire engineering design packages for medium to large projects.

- Prepare project schedules and effort estimations.

- Design domestic water supply, hot & cold water systems, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water treatment, and firefighting systems.

- Perform hydraulic calculations, water demand calculations, pipe sizing, pump head calculations, drainage calculations, and equipment selection.

- Develop plumbing layouts, firefighting layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, isometrics, equipment layouts, and underground utility drawings.

- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, design reports, and compliance documentation.

- Execute BIM coordination, clash detection, model reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal BIM teams.

- Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with project standards and international codes.

- Support fire alarm interface coordination with fire protection systems.

- Deliver projects within quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
