Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech).

Exp : 8 to 15 yrs

Location : Pune

Noitce Period : 1 month

We are hiring a software-centric Project Manager to lead CAD data migration and PLM upgrade programs for a leading customer in the Dassault Systèmes (DS) ecosystem.

The role requires strong program leadership, experience in engineering IT transformations, and the ability to drive large-scale data and system modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of CAD data migration and PLM upgrade projects Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Coordinate with Dassault ecosystem stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT teams Ensure accurate and secure migration of legacy CAD data to PLM platforms

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project issues Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget Key Requirements

Strong experience in software-driven project management (not purely engineering PM)



Proven track record in CAD data migration / PLM implementations or upgrades Systèmes tools (ENOVIA, CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE) preferred Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-priority delivery environments PMP / Prince2 certification (good to have) Experience

8–15 years (versatile depending on expertise)
