Position: PLC Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PLC Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, panel testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Design and develop control logic using Siemens PLCs and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Develop and modify HMI and SCADA applications.
- Perform PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in panel testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site support activities.
- Read and interpret electrical control schematics, P&IDs;, and control system drawings.
- Configure industrial communication networks such as:
- PROFINET
- PROFIBUS
- Ethernet/IP
- Modbus TCP/IP
- Modbus RTU
- Troubleshoot PLC hardware, I/O systems, communication networks, and field instruments.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical teams during project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project-related technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during commissioning and customer site activities.




- Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable industrial standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant industrial automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC programming.
- Experience in HMI/SCADA programming and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of electrical control panels and industrial instrumentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and service activities.
