We are seeking a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer with strong experience in TypeScript to design, develop, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end web automation, API testing, CI/CD integration, and modern test automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript .
- Create robust, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts.
- Automate functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, report, and track defects with detailed root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Review application requirements and prepare automation test strategies.
- Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and automation best practices.





Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Test Automation.
- Robust hands-on experience with Playwright .
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript .
- Experience in developing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript concepts.
- Experience in Web UI automation testing.
- Knowledge of API testing using Playwright or REST Assured/Postman.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
