Role Description The PLC Programmer is a full-time, in office role based in Sanand. This role is responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC-based control systems for filtration and engineering applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing control logic, creating HMI/SCADA interfaces, troubleshooting automation systems, and optimizing system performance for safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The PLC Programmer will collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to understand process requirements, integrate new equipment, and support ongoing improvements in plant automation. The role also involves documenting programs,



preparing wiring and I/O lists, and ensuring systems adhere to relevant standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong PLC programming skills (e.g., ladder logic, function block, structured text) and experience with major PLC platforms.

Candidates should possess skills in HMI/SCADA configuration, control panel integration, and industrial communication protocols (such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP).

Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical and instrumentation fundamentals, including reading schematics, I/O mapping, and safety interlocks.

Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance for automation and control systems.

Candidates should possess abilities in technical documentation, project coordination, and clear written and verbal communication.

Relevant experience in industrial automation, process control, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Sanand, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving project requirements is essential.
