About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Analyst (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, platform operations, system integrations, operational analytics, monitoring, automation, and AI-generated technical content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated platform documentation, operational workflows, incident analysis, system architectures, automation strategies, dashboards, and enterprise platform recommendations. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise platforms, cloud operations, digital transformation, and intelligent IT operations.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in platform operations, systems analysis, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, IT operations, DevOps, or infrastructure support. Responsibilities

Create deliverables addressing real-world enterprise platform and operational scenarios.

Review AI-generated platform documentation, operational runbooks, monitoring dashboards, incident reports, troubleshooting guides, automation workflows, and technical recommendations.

Evaluate enterprise platform environments involving cloud services, APIs, databases, middleware, monitoring platforms, and enterprise applications.





Verify AI-generated recommendations for platform optimization, system health monitoring, deployment strategies, automation, and operational excellence.

Assess AI-generated solutions for performance, availability, maintainability, security, and business continuity.

Identify operational risks, monitoring gaps, performance bottlenecks, configuration issues, integration failures, and automation opportunities.

Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in platform operations, enterprise systems, and IT service management.

Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in platform operations, systems analysis, IT operations, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, DevOps, or technical support.

Monitoring enterprise platforms and business-critical systems.

Investigating incidents and troubleshooting platform issues.

Creating operational documentation and technical reports.

Supporting cloud and enterprise application environments.

Reviewing AI-generated platform documentation and operational recommendations.

Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Linux, Windows Server, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, scripting (Python, Bash,



or PowerShell), and enterprise middleware is preferred.

Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and written English skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise platform operations objectively.

Ability to work independently in a remote, rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience working with technology companies, SaaS organizations, cloud providers, consulting firms, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enterprise IT teams, or managed service providers.

Experience supporting enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, platform engineering teams, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.

Experience evaluating AI-generated operational documentation, incident reports, monitoring dashboards, platform architectures, or automation workflows.

Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-powered IT operations (AIOps), AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), observability platforms, or intelligent automation is highly desirable.
