About Us:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The role is responsible for supervising plant personnel, monitoring production performance, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted production while achieving production targets.
- Ensure all operators follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, safety regulations, and maintain valuable housekeeping and workplace discipline.
- Allocate manpower effectively, monitor workforce productivity, and provide guidance, training, and support to plant operators.
- Monitor plant machinery and production parameters,



minimize downtime, and coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely repairs and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, machine performance data, and report operational issues and production performance to the Plant Manager.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure efficient production flow and support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost.

- Mattoor, Kalady

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
