Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for new product launches or process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by identifying potential roadblocks and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of industrial equipment/machinery industry trends and best practices.
- Proven track record in project coordination, execution, monitoring & control.
