Oversee end-to-end factory operations to achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Drive productivity, capacity utilisation and continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Maintenance and Quality for smooth operations.
Monitor production KPIs, wastage and manufacturing costs.
Lead, mentor and develop production teams for high performance. Oversee end-to-end sheet metal and tube fabrication operations including cutting, Desired Skills
Robust leadership and people management skills.
Excellent production planning and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen and TPM.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
Industry Preferred & Experience
Preferred Industry: Fitness Equipment, Sheet Metal, Engineering, Furniture or Manufacturing.
Experience: 10–15 years in manufacturing/production.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing complete factory operations.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
MBA in Operations/Production Management will be an added advantage.
Certification in ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
