We are looking for a Plant Operator for Paint & Chemical Manufacturing at Vapi.

Key Details:

- Role: Plant Operator
- Location: Plot No. 700, 3/A, 40 Shed Area, Phase 3, GIDC, Vapi, Gujarat – 396195
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Shift-Based)
- Experience: 2–6 years in chemical plant operations / reactor handling / batch manufacturing
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Fitter, Process Operator, or related trade

Responsibilities:

- Operating chemical reactors and process equipment
- Handling batch manufacturing and monitoring reaction parameters (temperature, pressure, mixing)
- Charging raw materials and maintaining batch records
- Ensuring safety compliance and housekeeping standards

Preferred Profile:

- ITI-qualified candidates
- Hands-on experience with chemical reactors, reaction processes & batch manufacturing
- Background in Paints, Chemicals, Resins, Coatings, or related process industries
